How aZone Works
Using the Aznoe system to get the job done is easy! Let’s pretend that Sally runs a small retail shop, and is looking for the right signwriter to redo the signage for her shopfront.
POST JOB – Sally posts the job on Aznoe: what skill she is looking for, basic (and any special) requirements for the job, details, or anything she feels necessary for catching the eye of the right signwriter!
VIEW JOB – John is a contractual signwriter. He searches the Aznoe database for any jobs that relate to his expertise, and finds the job posted by Sally.

ASK QUESTION – John responds to the post, expressing his interest. He also wants to know what various surface materials the sign will be on.
ANSWER QUESTION – Sally answers these questions, and asks John if he would be available before a specific date, as she has now decided to take that holiday she deserves, and wants the peace of mind knowing that this task has been completed. There is no limit to the communication between Sally and John, and as many questions can be
asked and answered, as each situation requires.
RATE – Either Sally or John can then add a rating, in response to their experience. Sally has found John extremely helpful, and decides to rate, so that future employers can know they’re dealing with the right person.
PLACE BID – John then checks if Sally has used Aznoe, before. She has - and both contractors who have worked for Sally, highly recommend her! John decides to confirm his intention to win the role, and places a bid, letting Sally know he definitely wants the job!
AWARD JOB – RATE – Sally has looked at Johns’ qualifications, found him agreeable during their communication, and has also noticed that other Aznoe users have hired John in the past, and have awarded him high ratings. John has the job! And Aznoe’s job is done. Well, almost.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT – John meets with Sally, and returns on the specified date to complete the signage before Sally’s holiday!
PAYMENT – RATE – Before Sally leaves her shop, with its wonderful new signage, for her holiday, she pays John for the work. But here’s where Aznoe has one more feature to make sure future dealings are easier and safer for all concerned. Sally returns to Aznoe, and rates John, so that future potential employers know how efficient and high-
quality his work was. John also returns to Aznoe, to let other contractors know that Sally is a wonderful employer, and paid her invoice without any hassles. A week later, Sally is enjoying the waves, and John is enjoying paying his bills!
